HELP!! With respect to the feasibility of real estate development....?? - land development deals
In relation to the profitability of real estate development, what the relationship between the cash with no debt back on the spot and the maximum rate that the property can sell? Why should the money unlevered return on cash? How these two prices (and cost of land + construction) in order to determine their profits and losses in the economy? Do you have electricity (funding of a Development Project) to change the feasibility decision much? In other words, to make profitable loans to a project feasible? Why or why not?
